Can I return my order?

Due to alcohol regulations, returns cannot be accepted. If your order is damaged or incorrect, Big Thirst will make it right.
Can I send Punch House as a gift?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. You can also add a personalized gift message during checkout, and Big Thirst retailers will include it with the order.
Do I need to refrigerate my cocktails after opening?

We recommend refrigerating the Mai-Tiki after opening to preserve its vibrant flavors. Refrigeration is not required for the Old Timer.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days by Big Thirst retail partners. Shipping then takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Most customers receive their Punch House order within 6–10 business days from purchase. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way.
